DiAnoia’s Eatery in Pittsburgh is home to the Gnocchi Sorrentina Bread Bowl. Hand-made potato gnocchi tossed in a tomato cream sauce with fresh mozzarella and parmesan cheese served inside of a bread bowl made from pizza dough. This now famous Pittsburgh dish is served only at DiAnoia’s Eatery in the Strip District.

The Gnocchi Bread Bowl, created by DiAnoia’s Chef and owner, Dave Anoia, has been featured on Thrillist’s Fork Yeah video series, The Cooking Channel, Food Network and the Travel Channel.

The Gnocchi Bread Bowl is served during dinner service at DiAnoia’s Eatery. Make a reservation here, or order it for takeout here. Please note that this dish is not availble for breakfast or lunch.

Each year, during the month of October, be sure to try the special Fall version of the Gnocchi Bread Bowl – the Gnocchi Pumpkin Bowl.
